Overview
The Catalina Society is the supporters club and online community for the preservation of WWII PBY Catalina Flying Boats. They operate their very own infamous G-PBYA “Miss Pickup” PBY Catalina aircraft and operate displays and events all over the World and publish World Catalina News bi-annually. Members can support the ongoing preservation of G-PBYA with online subscriptions and selected customised merchandise.

The Catalina Society required a platform to publish regular news and stories, manage online subscribers, donations and memberships as well as operate a live stock e-commerce system. They wanted to be able to distribute content creation via members all over the World, whilst hosting a mixture of 3D interactive video, streaming video, document downloads, photo galleries and upcoming local and World events. The system also had to work seamlessly across all digital devices and platforms.
